It appears that our intelligence-challenged Commander-in-Chief (I shudder when I type that phrase) does not understand that we are at WAR with terrorists.

Today, it was announced that the 9/11 masterminds will be tried in Federal Court and granted all the rights and privileges that result from moving their trials from a military environment.

Apparently Mr. O-baaaa-ma does not comprehend the difference between a war crime and a civil crime.  Following his line of reasoning, the Nuremberg Trials should have been held in Sheboygan.

Brilliant thinking by the leftist leaning Justice Department – let’s bring these thugs, these war criminals to the United States and grant them all sorts of rights.  Let’s forget the 3000+ whose rights were ignored by these same thugs when they attacked the United States without even having the guts to declare war first.
